We create a proposal tailored to meet the needs of your business which includes pricing, equipment and servicing. We also offer a range of quality supplementary products like powders, syrups, cold brew and cups to complete your specialty coffee offering.

As soon as we commit to our happy coffee marriage, we jump straight into making it all happen for you. We organise to bring the coffee machine, grinder and accessories to your business and install and dial in your equipment.

When you work with OQ you are supporting a more ethical coffee industry. In our highly competitive industry, authentic and passionate beliefs build brand loyalty and community support. And that’s what ensures hospitality businesses thrive in the right way. The coffee you will be serving has been sourced personally by us with our long term farmer partnerships. It is ethical, traceable, sustainable coffee. It’s our Daily Happy.

As a general rule, the process will often take between 2-6 weeks. However, the timeline is determined by the availability of you, the business owner. Our priority is delivering for you and your business so we work around you! Once we’ve all committed to working together we can get cracking on a pretty tight timeline if we need to!

Yep, we bring the coffee to you! We’ll either deliver in person or if you're further away we use a network of reliable couriers to get you the lowest delivery cost possible.

Yes we do and we love it! We want your whole team to get excited about your new coffee. We not only arm your baristas with the training they need to serve Old Quarter coffee, but we arm your front of house staff with the knowledge to educate your customers on your new coffee, ensuring that the daily dose of Happy is well received by all. You can count on us for ongoing training too so when a new staff member joins or the team needs a refresher we are there to help, at no cost to you.

We live and breathe coffee from sourcing it to serving it and everything in between so we’re keen to work with people who want to share in this passion with us. We owe it to our farming partners to represent their hard work in the best light we can so as well as ensuring we share the same values we select our partners based on their commitment to delivering a quality product and service.

Of course! We understand that for coffee to be our Daily Happy it has to taste great and we’re committed to consistently delivering a product that will keep your customers coming back! We like to start by understanding what flavours you love and what will appeal to your clientele. We can host you at our roastery or come to you equipped with a grinder, beans and smiles to provide a full tasting session.

We have worked with many cafe and small business owners over the last 6 years and we’ve found that previous experience in hospitality and coffee are not necessarily a determining factor in a businesses success. What is more important is a passion to serve your customers and a desire to produce a quality product and service as well as a willingness to learn. If you are an inexperienced person in coffee but you fit the above criteria, get in touch!

Yes we do! We create a bespoke proposal for your business that includes an equipment package to suit your needs. We understand that great cafes, with great coffee, deserve great equipment. We only deal with industry leading coffee machines and grinders so you know you can deliver delicious coffee each and every day for your customers.

Yes we maintain the equipment. We will organise with you to regularly service and maintain your equipment to make sure everything is always running smoothly for you. It’s one less thing to organise and think about for you! Your responsibilities are to ensure that the equipment is insured while on your premises, is well taken care of and to report any issues that might arise so we can fix it straight away!

Yes we take care of installation and dialing in your coffee machine and grinder at no cost to you. We will provide you with a checklist to ensure everything is ready for installation including any plumbing or electrical work you may need to organise.

As business owners of our own cafes, we understand that equipment breakdowns mean lost revenue. We focus on regular coffee machine and grinder servicing and maintenance to minimise the risk of any emergency break downs. But rest assured in the event that anything goes wrong with your equipment we are only a phone call away. We’re committed to same day call outs. In 6 years we’ve never let a partner down.

Usually OQ maintains ownership of the equipment and supplies it for your use as part of our partnership. However, we can also source wholesale equipment for you to purchase or lease. 

The price per kilo of our coffee is determined by a number of factors including what type of equipment we provide and how much coffee you use. We will consult with you to determine the best price per kilo and package we can offer and share it with you in a proposal.

We offer a range of products to complete your coffee offering including quality powders, syrups, cold brew and cups! We’re your one stop shop. Just another way we aim to make life easier for you.

Yes absolutely. We work with businesses all over Australia, even on islands surrounding Australia! We understand how to work closely with you even at a distance.
