Personalised Profit Plan
More than
exceptional coffee.
A partner working
on your business.
When you partner with Old Quarter, we don't hand over a bag and disappear. We sit in your numbers, find where money is leaking, and back it all with a guarantee most suppliers wouldn't dare make.
Within 90 days of partnering with us, we will identify $6,000 or more in annualised savings across your business. If we can't find it, your next month's coffee is on us. No conditions.
The numbers don't lie.

Most cafes losing money aren't badly run. They're running on systems and supplier relationships that were set up years ago and never revisited. A good coffee supplier should be helping you find that money. Most don't.
We're selective about who we partner with.
The OQ Partner Program works best for operators who match this profile. We'll tell you plainly if it's not the right fit — we'd rather be honest than sign an account we can't serve properly.
The savings we identify are material at this volume. Below it, the numbers don't justify the engagement on either side.
You need baseline data to compare against. A cafe in its first year is still working out what normal looks like.
This is the threshold at which our partnership model, including the guarantee, is sustainable for both of us.
The Personalised Profit Plan only works if the owner is in the room. It's not much time, but it matters.
We're reading what's already there, not building from scratch. Basic financial visibility is essential.
You care about what you're serving. The coffee and the story behind it matters to your brand, not just the price per kilo.
The Partner Stack.
This is what being an OQ partner actually looks like. Not a brochure version. Every inclusion has a job to do in your business.
Farm-level relationships across Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, India, Sumatra, and Yunnan. Named origins, named producers, roasted to order for your specific setup. We are one of the only specialty coffee companies in Australia operating at this level. You know exactly what you're serving. So do we.
This is the heart of the partnership. Working with Amelia — co-founder and CEO — we go through your business using a structured diagnostic. COGS, labour, occupancy, waste, supplier terms, pricing. From there we build your Personalised Profit Plan: the specific savings and efficiency opportunities in your business, ranked by impact and ease of implementation.
Then we work through them with you. Roster changes, pricing adjustments, supplier negotiations, waste systems — one at a time, in order of highest return. You're not handed a document and left to it. We stay involved until the changes are in and working. This is where the $6,000 comes from.
Old Quarter has grown from one cafe to four. The marketing strategies behind that growth are repeatable, low-budget, and built for operators who don't have a marketing team or a large spend to work with.
As an OQ partner, you get access to those strategies directly. And a live session with our Head of Marketing to help you apply them to your specific cafe, your location, and your customer base. Not generic content — the real playbook, built for and with you.
We put $6,000 on the line, every time.
Most suppliers talk about support. We're willing to make it a guarantee because we've done this enough times to know what we can find in a well-run cafe.
The $6,000 figure comes from real moves: a cup price adjustment across 1,350 cups a week. A roster tightened by 10 minutes per shift across multiple staff. An EFTPOS fee negotiated. A wastage system that actually gets used. Each one modest. Together, across a year, they compound to more than $6,000 in almost every cafe doing $40K+ revenue. That's not an estimate. It's a pattern.
Within 90 days of becoming an OQ partner, we will identify $6,000 or more in annualised savings across your business. If we can't find it, your next full month of coffee supply is on us. No conditions, no awkward conversations.
From application to first results in 90 days.
Fill in the short application form. We review it against the qualifying criteria and come back within two business days.
In-person tasting with our team. You try the range, we learn about your setup and service style. No pressure, just coffee.
Within your first 30 days, we go through your numbers with Amelia and build your plan. The work starts immediately.
We work through the recommendations with you, one at a time, in order of highest return. You're not doing it alone.
We know the people who grew it.
Old Quarter is one of the only specialty coffee companies in Australia operating at farm level across underrepresented Asian origins. We don't buy from importers. We have direct relationships with the producers behind every origin we source.
That matters for quality — because we know exactly how a crop was processed and what it needs to express well. And it matters for your business — because the story behind what you're serving is real, traceable, and genuinely different from the origins your competitors are pouring.
Our Fair Value Exchange buying code means the producers we work with are paid at a level that reflects the quality they produce, not the lowest the market will tolerate.
The questions we actually get asked.
Let's find your $6,000.
The application takes about five minutes. We'll review it and come back to you within two business days. If you look like a good fit, the next step is a tasting — not a sales call. You try the coffee, we get to know your operation, and we go from there.
