Our coffee has been tended, picked and roasted by those that really know their stuff. We’re not all that serious, but we’re serious about quality. Not only do we strive to honour the hard work that goes into growing and processing our exceptional beans but we’re also responsible for your Daily Happy, and that’s a job we’re serious about...or rather seriously happy about!

What is Old Quarter’s Return Policy?

Yep, your happiness is our business so we offer a 14-day return policy to make life easy.

If you are not grinning with good vibes after you’ve received your parcel then simply contact us for a replacement or credit note within 14 days of the date your bundle of goodness was shipped to you.

Who do I contact regarding Returns or Refunds?

Please email and tell our friendly team of caffeinated humans your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Where do I send a Return?

Goods that need to be returned can be sent to: Old Quarter Coffee Head Office, 2/64 De-Havilland Cres, Ballina NSW 2478. You simple take it to your local post office or book through a courier of your choice (you will have to cover the delivery costs of your return).

How Do Returns Work?

  1. Contact our support team within 14-days of shipping date
  2. Our friendly team will respond within 24-48 hours (sometimes days be crazy)
  3. We will work with you to confirm whether you are eligible for a return, refund or exchange
  4. A couple of helpful things to know
  • Merch purchases must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased online can be exchanged at an Old Quarter Coffee shop (just make sure you bring proof of purchase).
  • Your refund/return/exchange will be processed within 48 hours of the decision

Can I get a refund if I’ve changed my mind?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund if you’ve changed your mind. However, if your order arrived mangled by the postman or just not quite good, please contact us within 14-days.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued within 48 hours from the time we confirm your replacement, refund or credit. For refunds, it can take 3-5 business days for the amount to be reflected on your method of payment.

Can I return a sale item?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be.
