We do our best to ship your bundles of goodness within 24 hours. We’re not all that serious, but we are serious about quality...so in order to provide you with the freshest cup of Daily Happy possible there may be times when this isn't possible (never fear - we'll let you know if we’ve been delayed!). We’re 100% committed to shipping within 2 business days.

 For orders placed on the weekend, we'll process your order on Monday (early, but after we’re very nicely caffeinated).

How fast can I be drinking my Old Quarter coffee?

Delivery from our roastery in paradise (Ballina - regional NSW) should take between 3 - 7 days. However, delays caused by our third party couriers or Aussie post are unfortunately outside our control and do sometimes occur (especially since Covid came to town!).

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery is based on the weight of your package. Cost for delivery will be shown at the checkout.

Will I get a heads up when the delivery is on its way?

Yep, we'll send you shipping emails to keep you in the loop. You’ll also receive an order confirmation with a purchase receipt...coffee is tax deductible right? 

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

We can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you're not home. Make sure you tick the box during checkout to let us leave your package unattended.
