A BIT ABOUT THIS COFFEE
In the mood for some altitude? Ready to rise above it all? This delicious blend comes from crisp, cloud swept mountains perched high above the hot and humid plains. These cooler, high altitude, tropical places are where our farming partners grow, tend and harvest our Daily Happy.
For us, it was in these mountainous places that we fell in love with Southeast Asian coffees and the people who grow them. It's our absolute joy to be able to share them with you. Enjoy!

THE STORY
Cloud Nine contains 3 washed coffees from 3 different origins.
It combines rare coffees with crowd pleasing flavours from small holder farmers from Southern Vietnam, Central Myanmar & the eastern Ghats of India. Each of these coffee's are delicious by themselves, but together they add unique aspects to create a great flavour profile.
Vietnam - Pat and Tam's coffees were the first coffees we ever imported. It started with one pallet in 2016 and is now many tonnes. We have grown together and just as our business has expanded, they to have improved their quality and output. They are a constant inspiration to us!
Myanmar - Global challenges such as covid19 and politics have made us even more determined to maintain our direct trade relationships with the farming co-op we work with in Myanmar. As with all global issues it is often people at the grass roots level who suffer. The coffee growers in Myanmar are taking specialty processing techniques honed across the best coffee growing regions in the world and applying it to their region and the results are delicious.
India - Our partner co-op in India has transformed a landscape from barren to lush as well as change the lives of entire communities through their work. Coffee has the power to change lives and with this partner is has the power to blow minds through it's delicious flavours! This coffee showcases what Indian coffees can be, delicate and uniquely sweet.
As with all our coffees, these have been sourced through our Fair Value Exchange relationships, aligned with our governing Green Bean Buying principles.
