A BIT ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Pat and Tam's natural is a unique blend of expertise, perfect climatic conditions and Langbiang terroir.
The high slopes of Langbiang Mountain experienced a drier-than-usual 2023-2024 season, giving Pat a rare opportunity to produce a limited amount of dry natural processed coffee during this weather window. The results speak for themselves.
For the past eight years, we've been buying and loving Pat and Tam's washed coffee (our Vietnam K'Ho coffee). This natural is a testament to Pat's mastery and diverse ability to produce world-class coffees from his humble farm.

THE STORY
This coffee is a rare opportunity to experience a delicious example of Vietnamese specialty coffee built on the foundation of creating a sustainable, viable farming future.
Coffee farming is no easy task, yet despite the challenges, Pat and Tam have been able to create a range of top-tier coffees on the beautiful slopes of Langbiang mountain. Generally speaking, their coffee has a distinct flavour profile that isn’t found in other regions of Vietnam. This natural lot offers its own distinctly sweet, full-bodied flavour profile, that truly encapsulates the essence of their farm.
Pat, Tam, and their K'Ho community have worked tirelessly for many years to improve every aspect of growing, harvesting, and processing their coffee. Empowered by their progress, they have been able to move beyond the 'commodity coffee' cycle of the past, and now produce an exceptionally high-quality product year on year.
Over the past 8 or so years, we have built trust through an ongoing relationship, and we've all benefited from working closely together.
For our company, this relationship embodies everything we aspire to represent. Their coffee was the very first we imported in 2017, starting with just one humble pallet.
This year, we secured 13 tonnes from them. We have grown together.
